Note: Bishop Hough was President of Magdalene College, Oxford, he held the 3rd Canonry in this Cathedral from 12th March, 1685, till he became Bishop of Oxford in 1690. He was translated to Coventry and Lichfield in 1699, thence to Worcester in 1717. He was 93 years of age at his death.
