Drowned in a Brook Old Lady’s Sad Death near Builth Wells

At Aberedw, near Builth Wells, an old lady named Louisa Evans, of Llanbadarn-y-garreg, while returning home alongside a brook after attending Good Friday evening church service, stumbled on the bank and rolled into the water, where she was found drowned on the following morning. At the inquest on Wednesday a verdict of “Accidentally drowned” was returned.
