Dunoon, a parish and village of Scotland, in Renfrewshire, on the Firt of Clyde, 8 miles W. from its post town, Greenock, on the opposite side of the ﬁrth. This is a favourite watering-place of the Glasgow citizens. It has a money ord. off. Pop. of par. 5461.
